電廠堆場(chǎng)渣場(chǎng)尾礦壩防滲土工膜的應(yīng)用
電廠堆場(chǎng)渣場(chǎng)尾礦壩防滲土工膜的應(yīng)用,電廠堆場(chǎng)渣場(chǎng)尾礦壩防滲土工膜的應(yīng)用磷石膏堆場(chǎng)中垃圾體和防滲土工膜的受力變形特性是普遍關(guān)心的問(wèn)題,在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)尚無(wú)法獲得滿意的監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果時(shí),利用離心模型試驗(yàn)和有限元數(shù)值分析進(jìn)行探討性研究也是可以嘗試的途徑。通過(guò)離心模型試驗(yàn)研究和有限元計(jì)算,模擬了垃圾填埋場(chǎng)中填埋垃圾大變形條件下土工防滲膜的變形性狀,在模型比率80的條件下,可以找到相應(yīng)的模型材料來(lái)模擬實(shí)際工程中的土工膜;選用的防滲膜模擬材料和木屑土能較好地模擬垃圾填埋場(chǎng)中材料;鄧肯-張模型和Goodman接觸面模型能模擬垃圾土和土工膜以及界面的工作狀態(tài);土工膜中拉應(yīng)力靠近坡肩,可達(dá)到限抗拉強(qiáng)度的1/1.5倍;考慮到HDPE膜的抗拉安全,設(shè)計(jì)坡長(zhǎng)應(yīng)加以控制。磷石膏堆場(chǎng)的山坡滲水隔離系統(tǒng),包括巖石邊坡表面鋪設(shè)的抗拉、抗刺穿土工布、磷石膏下鋪設(shè)的外表面光滑的高密度聚乙烯膜抗拉、抗刺穿土工布與高密度聚乙烯膜之間以熱熔形式結(jié)合有多個(gè)間隔排列的齒狀凸起,形成空隙,作為山坡滲水向下流動(dòng)的通道,減小了HDPE高密度聚乙烯膜被山坡滲水頂托隆起的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并為防止高密度聚乙烯膜被山坡上的巖石和其它凸起物頂破提供了良好的保護(hù),采用外表面光滑的高密度聚乙烯膜,限度地減少了高密度聚乙烯膜與磷石膏之間的摩擦力,有效避免了高密度聚乙烯膜因磷石膏沉降而引起的下拽、撕裂等問(wèn)題。該山坡滲水隔離系統(tǒng)可長(zhǎng)期可靠地為隔絕磷石膏與山坡滲水提供保障。
